We're looking for a
results-driven Client Onboarding Analyst
to join our growing team
In this role, you'll ensure every client enjoys a smooth, efficient integration with our
chargeback prevention platforms
—
Verifi CDRN, Ethoca, Chargebacks and RDR
— guaranteeing complete activation and accurate enrollments from day one.
You'll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, making sure each new merchant is fully set up and ready to receive alerts/chargebacks seamlessly. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Qualifications
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate online platforms confidently.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office 365
(Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams), etc. - Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
