About the Role:
We're looking for a remote administrative assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a multimedia production company. This includes organizing digital files and forms, managing follow-ups with potential partners, and keeping communication on track — especially via email and social channels.
This is not a cold-calling position. It's about helping a busy creative team stay organized and responsive. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working remotely, and confident in written English.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle basic administrative tasks (sending forms, tracking responses, organizing digital materials)
 - Respond to inbound emails, texts, and direct messages — mostly from restaurant owners, food truck operators, and event contacts
 - Help maintain simple internal systems for managing outreach and follow-ups
 - Assist in creating responses or message templates when needed
 - Learn the team's voice and communication style to keep things consistent
 - Possibly take light phone follow-up (only with warm leads, and only if you're comfortable)

Who This Is For:
- You've worked remotely before and know how to manage your time without someone watching over your shoulder
 - You've supported U.S. clients or teams and understand expectations around tone, response times, and clarity
 - You're comfortable with back-and-forth communication — mostly via email and text
 - You're organized, thorough, and able to follow instructions
 - You might have light sales experience (not required) — enough to understand how to sound helpful and professional in follow-ups
 - You're not looking for a quick gig — you're interested in a long-term working relationship

Schedule & Hours:
- Part-time to start: about
2–3 hours per day during training - Flexible availability preferred:
mornings (U.S. time)
or
late evenings - Expected to ramp up to
20 hours/week or more
as the role develops - Training will be provided over the first few days, and support is available as you ramp up
