Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize client relationship management software to respond to customer calls and address concerns.
- Resolve client inquiries, complex scenarios, and concerns with confidence, relationship building, and listening skills.
- Support clients with empathy, understanding, and guidance.
- Document client discussions clearly and concisely.
- Apply strong working knowledge of client services process, using internal knowledge bases, to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Escalate and direct clients to managers, team leads, or other departments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) – verbal and written
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field required
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple systems with attention to detail
- Professional, confident, and patient in handling complex problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift
