Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Listing Specialist located in Santo Domingo. The Product Listing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing product listings on various e-commerce platforms. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing product descriptions, ensuring accurate and detailed product information, monitoring product performance, and responding to customer inquiries related to product listings. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in product listings.
Qualifications
- Product Specialist skills and experience
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize product listings
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Amazon seller central experience
- Shopify backend experience
- Designing understanding (not actual designing)
- Sales experience and the ability to drive product performance
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
