Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Concierge located in Bayahíbe. The Concierge will be responsible for providing concierge services, making reservations, and handling receptionist duties. They will also ensure excellent customer service, assist guests with inquiries, and communicate effectively to meet guests' needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Concierge Services and Reservations
- Excellent Communication and Receptionist Duties skills
- Strong Customer Service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred
