The Role: Agricultural Sales Representative II
We are looking for an 
energetic, self-motivated sales professional
 to 
help grow our customer base in the Dominican Republic
. This role is ideal for someone who 
wants to build a career in agribusiness sales
 while making a positive environmental impact.
What You'll Do:
 Identify and reach out to 
farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and distributors
 Promote and sell 
Marine Symbiotic
(biostimulant)
, Marine Blossom, and Marine Soil
Expand product sales in international markets (USA, LATAM, EU)
 Provide 
product education and demonstrations
 to potential customers
 Attend 
agricultural fairs, events, and conferences
 to expand our market presence
 Work closely with the 
Commercial Lead and marketing team
 to develop sales strategies
 Gather 
market insights
 and 
customer feedback
 to improve our offerings
 Achieve 
sales targets
 and contribute to 
business growth
What We're Looking For:
 
2-4 years of experience in sales, agribusiness, or commercial roles
 (or a strong interest in agriculture & sales)
 Knowledge of 
agriculture, fertilizers, or biostimulants
 (preferred but not required)
 Excellent 
communication and relationship-building skills
 Ability to 
work independently and meet sales goals
 
Fluent in Spanish
 and English
 A proactive, ambitious attitude and a passion for 
sustainability and agriculture
