Role Summary
The Corporate Trainer is both strategist and builder, transforming learning into performance.
In this role, you will design, deliver, and sustain training programs that prepare every Spectra team member to perform with confidence, accuracy, and care.
You will connect people, process, and client expectations to ensure that every class, every metric, and every graduate of your program reflects the reliability Spectra stands for.
This position calls for a professional who is analytical, structured, and passionate about results, someone who treats readiness as a measurable standard, not a hopeful outcome.
What You'll Do
Design & Deliver Excellence
Develop engaging, data-aligned training programs that drive measurable performance outcomes.
Lead Onboarding & Readiness
Oversee new hire onboarding and nesting phases — ensuring every agent is production-ready on schedule.
Act as Client Training Liaison
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for client training coordination, scheduling, and reporting.
Track, Measure & Report
Maintain precise training data, readiness metrics, and progress reports for leadership and client visibility.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Audit, refine, and elevate training materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and engagement.
Your First 30 Days
- Review Spectra's existing materials and performance trends.
 - Conduct a gap analysis on current onboarding and nesting efficiency.
 - Deliver your first class by Week 3 with clear performance benchmarks.
 - Present a short training optimization plan by the end of Month 1.
 
 Success means:
Training operates smoothly without oversight, materials are precise, and client confidence in training delivery remains unquestioned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 - 3–5 years of proven success in corporate or BPO training.
 - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
 - Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
 - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and LMS tools.
 - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic action.
 - High professional discipline, follow-through, and sense of ownership.
