We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented
Information Security Specialist
to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining and enhancing our security posture, ensuring compliance with international standards, and fostering a culture of information security across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with our global ISMS.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and third-party reviews (SOC1 & SOC2).
- Provide guidance to senior management on security programs, policies, and incidents.
- Monitor, detect, and respond to current and emerging technology threats.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including Disaster Recovery and Incident Response Plans.
- Support internal, external, and client audits with evidence and reporting.
- Promote security awareness and best practices throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Information Security departments.
- 2+ years in risk analysis, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and IT Security Controls.
- Experience in enterprise security documentation (DRP, IRP).
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST, SOC).
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Relevant certifications in Information Security and/or Cybersecurity (preferred).
