We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Content Editor with hands-on experience in eCommerce. This role is part of the Website and Content teams and plays a key part in ensuring our product data is complete, accurate, and optimized across all platforms. You'll be responsible for the setup, editing, and syndication of product content that drives discoverability and sales. This is not a data entry role — it's a dynamic opportunity to improve product visibility and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and refine product taxonomy and categorization to improve site navigation and searchability (your first project).
- Create and edit product listings, including descriptions, attributes, and SEO-friendly content following company guidelines.
- Research and validate product specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Website, Content, and Tech teams to ensure consistent and reliable product data across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, etc.).
- Assist in image creation for bundles or special listings using Photoshop or Canva (a plus).
- Identify and report data issues, patterns, or inconsistencies that could affect customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in eCommerce, product data management, or content editing.
- Strong understanding of product attributes, SEO, and eCommerce taxonomy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to managing large sets of data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of HTML is helpful.
- Photoshop or Canva experience is a bonus, not required.
