This role is mainly responsible for Revenue billing and safeguarding the company's assets. (Accounts Receivables) ensuring all invoices billed are confirmed received by customer. Maintaining company established parameters to prevent any possible credit exposure, bad debt expenses and any sales flow interruptions.

  • Performs daily billing for SAEG DR entity and any others assigned or to cover vacations
  • Performs monthly metric result reports of established KPI's within the 4th working day. .
  • Assist with any audit compliance requirements, local and corporate audits.
  • Performs all processes within internal control procedures and credit response time frame.
  • Assist with department retention of customer files to SAP customer master data files.
  • Perform any other assignment requested by the direct Manager, Controller and/or Finance VP.
  • Ensure no third-party orders are billed unless approved prior by Regional Management and comply to legal requirements.
  • Ensure all orders are billed within 24 hours when all required documentation has been received.
  • Ensures any hand delivery of invoices and confirmed receipt for all customers. This confirmation needs to be documented at Smartsheet worksheet for each customer.
  • Any customer portal upload of invoices needs to be performed.
  • Participate in any assigned cross training and lateral changes within the credit department as required.

Education/Experience:

Preferred degree BBA in accounting/finance; and five years' related billing experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend in English and Spanish instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft; including Word, Excel; ability to work with pivot tables, power point, emails, salesforce, and Internet software.
