Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source, attract, and place qualified healthcare professionals in permanent positions.
- Build and maintain a robust network of healthcare candidates and clients through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive screening and assessments to match candidates with appropriate job opportunities.
- Manage the interview and selection process, providing guidance and support to candidates.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth transition from offer acceptance to candidate onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
- Must have past healthcare staffing agency experience and proven track record in successfully hiring and staffing.
- Must have at least 2 years' experience with hiring Specifically RN's travel nursing for staffing agencies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple candidates and processes simultaneously.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented; can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentials, and industry-specific requirements.
Full time, Monday – Friday 9-5 EST
