At Ualett, we are seeking a
Utility Assistant
to support the daily operations of our facilities and ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for employees and visitors. This role is key to maintaining operational efficiency and providing reliable assistance to different areas within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of building facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Support internal teams with logistics, errands, and operational tasks as assigned.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to facilitate repairs, supplies, or other facility needs.
  • Monitor and report maintenance issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
  • Provide basic support to visitors and staff, ensuring a professional and service-oriented environment.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Operations team to support overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or technical studies in a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in general services, facilities support, or similar roles.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and facility care.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Service-oriented attitude, with adaptability and reliability.
  • Ability to follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and work under pressure.
  • Fluency in Spanish; basic English is a plus.
