Purpose

A leading multinational company in the FMCG industry is seeking a
Key Account Manager
based in the Dominican Republic. The role is responsible for developing and implementing business and category strategies to achieve objectives with strategic retail accounts. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive growth, profitability, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and strengthen relationships with key retail partners and distributors in the Dominican Republic.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and commercial strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, trade, and commercial teams to deliver tailored programs for customers.
  • Analyze market and sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Oversee and support field merchandising operations to ensure flawless execution in the market.
  • Act as the main point of contact for account management, issue resolution, and business reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the FMCG or Food industry.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (oral and written).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is an asset.
