We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Senior IT Analyst
to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining our office's equipment and computer systems, ensuring high-quality service, and delivering the best on-site support to our employees and clients.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The central objective of the position will be to maintain the equipment and computer systems of the office, in order to offer a quality service to the customer with the best on-site support.
Main Responsibilities:
• Ticket Resolution
• Onboard/Offboard employees
• Setting up workstations
• Inventory Control
• Asset Tracking and Management reports
• Server Maintenance
• Firewall Ownership
• Guide/Help/Train people in charge
• Cisco Network Management
• Run and plan weekly/ Monthly/Quarterly/Annual IT maintenance of servers and other devices during non-production hours.
• Responsible for strict adherence and implementation to IT security protocols and HIPAA compliance guidelines at the site.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Hardware stock control (PCs, Monitors, Peripherals)
• Installation of computer equipment.
• Contact suppliers for computer inputs and/or if required to do jobs related to structured wiring and electricity inherent in computer equipment.
• Negotiate with vendors on getting better quotes and delivery of IT equipment.
• Work, report and collaborate with IT teams at other company sites across globe.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Administrative Tools, Networking, Customer Support.
- Experience of 1-3 years in IT.
- Advanced levels English skills both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
