Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Agent. The Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, following up on leads, and identifying opportunities to provide real estate services.
Daily tasks include:
- Making outbound sales calls
 - Responding to customer inquiries
 - Providing excellent customer service
 - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions
 - Collaborating with team members to implement sales strategies
 - Participating in regular training sessions to continuously improve skills
 
Qualifications
- Experience in sales
 - Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish
 - Strong communication and customer service skills
 - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
 - Ability to work independently and remotely
 - Willingness to participate in ongoing training
 - Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
