Role Description

This is a full-time
in office
role for an Appointment Scheduler in Santo Domingo and Santiago. The Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for managing and scheduling appointments, maintaining an organized calendar, handling phone calls with professionalism, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves effective communication with clients and potential sales activities.

Responsibilities for Scheduler

  • Speak with customers over the phone in order to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments
  • Email customers or clients as first contact and ensure to provide all necessary information they require for audit process.
  • Add, cancel or make changes to appointments in the per request.
  • Inform on all audit process and questions, including the completion and filing of all necessary paperwork.
  • Resolve appointment conflicts for staff and customers or clients
  • Schedule staff coverage in order to ensure the company's best operations standards
  • Produce and process schedules and reports as they are requested by administrative staff, customers, or clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure a smooth process.
  • Enter all necessary information and updates onto company CRM.
  • Complete daily contact goals by emailing and calling all necessary contacts.

Qualifications for Scheduler

  • High school diploma
  • General math skills and experience working with data
  • Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
  • Excellent communication skills in customer service and experience working as a company team member
  • Ability to fulfill the company's standards and values when performing scheduling tasks
  • Display kindness and be open to providing scheduling accommodations to customers, clients, or staff
  • Have an eye for detail and organization
  • Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly.
  • Proactive personality.
  • Self-driven ; requires very little management.
