We are hiring a
Sales Development Coach

An opportunity for leaders with strong experience in sales, supervision, and team coaching within
call centers
and outbound environments.

If you are fluent in English, skilled at driving performance metrics, and passionate about developing commercial talent, this role is for you.

Your purpose

Guide and support the sales entry-level team, ensuring call quality, metric compliance, and continuous sales skill development.

Key responsibilities

  • Qualify potential clients in the sales process.
  • Monitor calls and ensure quality standards (QA).
  • Track team performance metrics and provide progress reports.
  • Act as a coach and mentor for the sales team.
  • Implement best practices in sales and supervision.

Required profile

  • High School Diploma / Technical Degree.
  • Proven experience in sales, QA, and supervision in outbound call centers.
  • Advanced English (mandatory for a supervisory role).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and call center tools.

Additional details

  • Work modality: On-site, Santiago.
  • Contract type: Permanent.
  • Work schedule:

-Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

-Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

-Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
