We are seeking 2 differents positions: a talented and experienced Operations Supervisor and a Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring efficient workflow, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Duties:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in call center software and metrics.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Experience with Slack and other communication platforms.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and afternoon shifts.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Experience in reporting on team progress and identifying trends.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 1 year of experience.

-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Previous experience working as a call center trainer or team leader.

· Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.

· Strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills.

· Training experienced employees on new or updated call center procedures to improve their performance.
