Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrador. The Administrador will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Jardin Constanza. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality service for clients, handling budgets and financial planning, and maintaining facilities. The Administrador will work on-site at our location in Santo Domingo, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions effectively
  • Proficiency with office software and management systems
  • Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
