Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented
Reservation & Logistics Manager
to lead the reservations operations for our Marketing programs. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and experienced in managing both people and systems in a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the reservations department
- Coordinate logistics for guest stays across multiple destinations
- Deliver exceptional customer service, always focused on solutions
- Manage and train a team of reservation agents
- Handle bookings, modifications, and guest requests
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to manage inventory
- Generate reports and analyze booking trends
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data across all systems
- Manage and optimize use of PMS systems
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience in reservations and logistics, preferably in a vacation club or hotel environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Synxis, etc.)
- Customer service oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred:
- Experience managing vacation club reservations
- Familiarity with international clientele (USA, Canada, Mexico, Central & South America)
- Knowledge of hospitality logistics and booking platforms
Salary USD$600 + Comissions
