We support national and international clients with strategy, design, and content execution that drives tangible results. As we expand, we're building a remote-first team of motivated creatives, communicators, and operators.
About the Role
We're looking for a 
Client & Community Success Manager
 to act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of real estate and lifestyle brands. This dual-role position combines 
client relationship management
 with 
social media community oversight.
You'll work closely with our creative and operations teams to execute content calendars, monitor engagement, and provide proactive updates to clients. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of balancing strategic communication with hands-on digital execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Conduct weekly video or in-person check-ins with clients
- Maintain and update client content calendars
- Gather approvals, updates, and feedback
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure satisfaction/retention
- Start with 3 accounts; grow to 10–15+ accounts with team support
Community Management
- Publish approved content on Instagram & Facebook
- Monitor platforms for comments, messages, engagement
- Respond promptly in a brand-aligned tone
- Implement strategies to grow engagement & followers
- Stay updated on social media trends and tools
- Support influencer partnerships and collaborations (when relevant)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Saturday: light availability (approx. 4 hours for check-ins)
- Occasional in-person meetings with clients in Cabarete or nationally (approx. once every 1–2 months, expenses covered)
Requirements
Must-Have
- Full fluency in English (spoken & written)
- 2+ years of client or account management experience
- Background in social media or marketing
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Strong time management & self-motivation
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Nice to Have
- Spanish and/or French proficiency
- Experience with real estate or lifestyle brands
- Basic graphic design knowledge
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Notion, Slack
