What You'll Do:
- Analyze business processes and systems based on user input to identify improvement opportunities.
- Convert stakeholder requirements into
IT solutions
and
process improvements
that drive efficiency. - Lead
project management and execution
, collaborating with vendors to ensure successful delivery. - Produce clear and detailed
Business Requirement Documentation (BRD)
for internal IT teams or external vendors. - Liaise with internal clients to
standardize operations
and translate them into actionable user requirements. - Provide
production support
for user inquiries and operational issues in live systems. - Deliver
user training
, including material preparation, session organization, and assessments. - Facilitate
technology discovery
by evaluating potential software solutions. - Support
ad hoc reporting
needs, using both programming and non-programming methods to transform data into actionable insights.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree
or equivalent in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field. - 6+ years
of experience in IT business analysis, preferably with a focus on
SAP
or ERP systems. - Strong ability to
analyze large datasets
and extract meaningful insights. - Experience in
statistical analysis
and
forecasting techniques
. - Advanced
written and verbal communication skills
, with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively. - Strong
collaboration and interpersonal skills
