Outsourcing Advantage is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Monitoring & Audit Assistant to join our Homecare Agency team. In this role, you will assist in ensuring that our agency complies with all necessary regulations and standards while providing quality care to our clients. You will support the compliance team by conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and helping implement best practices across the agency.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with DOH, Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee files, including licenses, credentials, and health clearances.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to verify that employee documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Generate compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure all data in HRIS and employee files is accurate, consistent, and audit ready..
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
  • Previous experience in compliance monitoring or auditing within a healthcare or homecare setting is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards related to homecare services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with HHA exchange software a plus
