Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experience Curator located in Distrito Nacional, Dominican Republic. The Experience Curator will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging and innovative experiences for customers. Daily tasks include conceptualizing and executing event plans, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless delivery, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and continuously enhancing customer experience strategies. The role requires a proactive and creative approach to delivering unique and memorable experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in Event Planning, Experience Design, and Customer Engagement
- Skills in Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Strategy Development
- Strong Organizational and Project Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Team Collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is beneficial
