Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay:
RD$250/hour
Benefits:
RD$4,000/month for transportation and lunch, health insurance, and other benefits as required by law
About the Role
We are looking for
detail-oriented and dedicated Lending Specialists / Underwriters
to join our onsite team. This role is ideal for professionals with
1–2 years of experience in underwriting, loan processing, or mortgage evaluation
who are ready to advance their careers.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate loan applications and financial documents
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Maintain organized records and documentation
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in underwriting, loan processing, or mortgage evaluation
- Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of financial documents
- Experience with Excel or document review tools is a plus
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or loan processing is desirable
