Support Inventory Management: Help manage inventory of packaging materials and supplies needed for outbound shipments, ensuring availability and tracking usage.

Resolve Shipment Discrepancies: Identify and address discrepancies in shipment details, such as weight or labeling issues, to prevent delays and ensure accuracy.

Ensure Compliance with Hazardous Material Regulations: Verify that all hazardous materials are handled and documented in line with regulations, safeguarding safety and regulatory compliance.

Facilitate Communication with Airlines and Carriers: Liaise with airlines, carriers, and freight partners to confirm bookings, shipment times, and ensure smooth handoffs.

Assist in Training for Safety and Compliance: Support team training on safety protocols, handling guidelines, and regulatory requirements, reinforcing a culture of safety.

Respond to Customer Inquiries: Assist customer service in resolving customer inquiries regarding shipment status, tracking information, or delivery timelines.

Conduct Quality Checks: Perform quality checks on outbound shipments to ensure they meet company standards in packaging, labeling, and documentation.

Assist with Data Entry and Reporting: Enter shipment data into tracking systems and generate reports on outbound shipment performance, helping identify trends and improvement areas.

Se requiere fluidez en español, con fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.

Es preferible el dominio del inglés. Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria; Se valorará la presencia de certificaciones adicionales o experiencia relevante en logística. Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de resolución de problemas. Conocimiento de los procedimientos operativos y normas de seguridad en logística.

Se requiere licencia de conducir válida y antecedentes policiales limpios.
