We're looking for the newest addition to our team
Duties and Responsibilities for this job include:
- Ability to work with 4-12 year olds (A positive, joyful and can-do attitude is a necessity)
- Attending and participation in staff development activities.
- Prepares a variety of instructional materials to include posters, charts, transparencies, game boards/cards, and other related materials. Assists with bulletin boards, exhibits and displays.
- Ability to perform clerical class management tasks like planning, taking attendance, correcting students work, grade-keeping, etc.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's in Education, Psychology or other related careers (Last-term college students are also welcome to apply).
Experience:
- Previous training and/or experience in an educational/instructional environment is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- C1 or higher English Proficiency.
- Excellent and Fluent English Pronunciation.
- Willingness to learn and implement instructional methods, strategies, and techniques to assist teachers in the education of students.
- Ability to exercise considerable patience, courtesy, tact, and good judgement in working with students, teachers, administrators, fellow employees and parents.
- Ability to employ a variety of teaching styles to respond to the needs of diverse learners.
- Ability to employ educational technology tools.
