Role Description

The Selection Specialist is an on site position. The person in this role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, evaluating and submitting candidates for the agent position that are a match for job openings that fall within the scope of Teleperformance's client requirements.
This position is located in Santo Domingo.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the selection process as defined by local process, policies & guidelines from TP to identify skills, competencies and define profile according to position requirements contained in the Job Description.
  • Execute job proposal sessions according to local process, policies & guidelines from TP.
  • Execute necessary screening methods per candidate according to Employee Requisition Form and client contract.
  • Document all recruiting related activity in Recruitment & Selection system.
  • Adhere to Selection KPIs.
  • Attend and actively participate in assigned LOBs PTL and/or retention meetings.
  • Analyze and report of candidates' behavior.
  • Execute self-update on line-of-business' requirements including methods, but not limited to nesting and remote monitoring for at least 2 hours once a month.
  • Transmit the need to update agent's Job Description to Selection Coordinator when LOBs changes require it to.
  • Prepare and gather candidate's paperwork to create their internal file.

Qualifications

  • High School (or equivalent) degree minimum.
  • Minimum 6 months in customer services related areas, highly desired to have experience conducting personnel selection process.
  • Prior experience in an on-site recruitment role is preferred.
  • Strong Interviewing and Candidate Evaluation skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in an on-site recruitment role is preferred.
  • Must have a strong human sense and previous Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent computer skills Typing test 30wpm / pc test 100
  • English Proficiency Level 3.5
