Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager
to lead our talent attraction strategy across LATAM.

You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing initiatives that position our company as an employer of choice. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines creativity, analytics, and collaboration with our Recruitment and Marketing teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall recruitment marketing strategy to attract high-quality candidates in the region
  • Create engaging and creative campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive applications
  • Manage all recruitment marketing channels including social media, paid campaigns, employer branding, events, and referral programs
  • Partner with the Recruitment team to align hiring goals, candidate profiles, and campaign priorities
  • Track and report key performance metrics such as cost per hire, source effectiveness, and applicant quality
  • Maintain and grow our employer brand across all candidate-facing platforms
  • Research and implement new tools, tactics, and ideas in recruitment marketing
  • Mentor and guide junior team members as the function expands

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition strategy
  • Proven results in managing multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Creative mindset and ability to think beyond traditional hiring methods
  • Strong understanding of digital and content marketing applied to employer branding
  • Experience with data analysis, performance tracking, and recruitment funnels
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish required
