The Accounting and Administrative Staff provides essential support to the company's financial and administrative operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting with reporting and documentation, and ensuring efficient coordination of day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
 - Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
 - Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports, reconciliations, and data entry.
 - Process vendor bills, ensure timely payments, and maintain updated vendor records.
 - Support bank and account reconciliations and monitor petty cash transactions.
 - Collaborate with the U.S. accounting team to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
 - Assist in audit preparation and provide documentation when requested.
 - Manage and organize company files, contracts, and documentation (digital and physical).
 - Support HR and operations with onboarding documents, attendance tracking, and basic recordkeeping.
 - Coordinate office logistics, such as supply inventory, meeting arrangements, and communication follow-ups.
 - Assist management with correspondence, reporting, and scheduling as needed.
 - Handle general office inquiries and support interdepartmental communication.
