We're looking for a Collection Specialist

An opportunity for professionals with a passion for finance, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build positive client relationships while driving effective payment recovery and supporting the company's financial management.

What will be your purpose?

To strategically manage the recovery of declined payments, ensuring effective agreements with clients, accurate application of payment plans, and proper documentation of each process. You will be a key link between clients and internal departments to guarantee smooth and efficient financial operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Recover declined payments through negotiation and resolution of outstanding balances.
  • Submit financing applications to third-party lenders.
  • Close files of canceled clients.
  • Manage and adjust payment plans, applying fees when necessary.
  • Provide invoices and receipts to clients upon request.
  • Keep accurate records of payments and coordinate with other departments.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handling of recovery processes.

Required profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in collections or customer-facing financial roles.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.

Work schedule:

  • Tue–Thu: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Fri: 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Sat: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Sun: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Monday: day off.
