DMV Renovation
is seeking a highly creative and data-driven
Social Media & Marketing Specialist
to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms.

This person will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing social media content,
and creating strategies to generate qualified leads
for our Home Improvement and Real Estate services in the U.S. (mainly Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow our accounts on
    Facebook
    ,
    Facebook Marketplace
    , and
    Instagram
    , as well as other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and create engaging content (posts, videos, ads) to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Create and implement lead generation strategies
    to attract and convert potential clients.
  • Design, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Create marketing reports to analyze performance, conversion, and ROI.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and management teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Professional level of
    English
    (written and spoken).
  • Experience managing social media accounts for
    Home Improvement
    or
    Real Estate
    businesses.
  • Proven experience developing marketing strategies and managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Experience generating qualified leads in the U.S. market, especially in
    Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as
    Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics
    , and
    CRM systems (GoHighLevel or similar)
    .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in
    SEO, content planning, and video marketing
    .
  • Knowledge of
    U.S. housing, remodeling, or real estate market trends
    .
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
