Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all phases of the project, from planning to closure, ensuring full compliance with the contract.
- Lead general coordination meetings and follow-up committees.
- Supervise the technical and financial planning, approving necessary adjustments based on deviations.
- Authorize and validate monthly technical and financial progress reports.
- Approve Change Orders before submission to the Client.
- Prepare, document, and follow up on Change Orders submitted to the Client until approval.
- Coordinate the technical, administrative, and internal supervision teams, ensuring smooth communication and focus on results.
- Supervise and control final drawings, technical specifications of equipment, and as-built drawings of the project.
- Make strategic decisions for the optimization of resources, deadlines, and costs.
- Ensure contractual compliance in terms of quality, deadlines, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Provide a monthly 3-month cash flow forecast report.
- Support the resolution of contractual and technical disputes.
Funciones
- University degree in Civil, Hydraulic, Sanitary, or related Engineering fields.
- Master's degree in Project Management or related areas.
- Training in FIDIC standards or international contract management is an asset.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Water Supply and Sanitation sector.
- Proven experience as Project Director or Project Manager in at least three completed contracts involving the design and/or construction of Wastewater Treatment Plants and/or submarine outfalls.
- Strong results orientation and commitment to deadlines.
