Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Punta Cana. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. The Sales Agent will also support local third-party sales teams, including brokers and real estate agencies with whom we have alliances, by assisting them throughout the entire sales cycle of our projects. Additionally, the role involves establishing relationships with new referral sources that can sell our projects both nationally and internationally. Daily tasks include managing client communications, offering detailed information about our properties, closing sales, and supporting all aspects of the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to close deals effectively
  • Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients on property details and investment benefits
  • Motivation to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory
  • Proven track record in a similar sales role is beneficial
  • Driving license
