Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Santiago de los Caballeros for a Human Resources Administrative Specialist. The specialist will handle day-to-day HR tasks, including managing employee relations, supporting HR management, and providing customer service support. Responsibilities include administering HR policies, coordinating employee records, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Strong Communication and Employee Relations skills
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in HR roles is preferred
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
