Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Footwear/ Shoe Technician to join our team in the Dominican Republic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality inspection for footwear, alongside expertise in Quality Assurance (QA) processes and Quality Control (QC) inspections
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in footwear production.
- QA experience is mandatory.
- Skilled in full shoe inspection, in-line and final QC.
- Experience with sports, casual, and boots categories.
- Knowledge of various shoe construction types.
- Good English communication (written and spoken).
- Strong computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally, valid passport is mandatory.
- Notice period: Immediate to 1 month.
