The Role
As an Account Executive (AE)
at finally, you will be on the front lines of our mission, serving as a trusted advisor to our potential customers. This is not a cold-calling role; you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads that have already shown interest in our financial products. You will guide small business owners through their journey, demonstrating the value of our platform and helping them find the right financial solutions to meet their needs. This is a full-time, on-site role at our office in Santo Domingo.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales:
Act as the first point of contact for new, qualified leads generated through various channels (web, chat, phone). - Consultative Selling:
Conduct discovery calls to understand the specific needs, pain points, and goals of prospective clients. - Product Expertise:
Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight how our financial automation tools can solve their problems. - Pipeline Management:
Actively manage a pipeline of leads, nurture relationships, and follow up to ensure a smooth sales process. - Achieve Targets:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
At least 2 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of success in an inbound or B2B sales environment. - Language: Advanced or Native-level English proficiency is a must
. You must be able to conduct complex business conversations with clarity and confidence. - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly. - Tech Savvy:
Ability to quickly learn and master new software, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools. - Results-Driven:
A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals. - Problem-Solver:
You are able to think on your feet, handle objections, and find creative solutions for clients.
