About The Role
The key elements of the role will improve reporting and operational business partnering with aim of driving efficiencies, deliver cost saving, improving performance and playing an active role developing finance strategy, providing independent support and challenge current thinking.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial results, providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.
- Act as a key member of the CARCA leadership team, influencing decisions and partnering closely with commercial stakeholders.
- Oversee the CARCA Finance team, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and career growth.
- Deliver cost and risk analysis to support product launches and identify timely opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure strong financial governance through cash flow management, audit coordination, and productivity initiatives.
The experience we're looking for
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher, with MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Brings over 10 years of managerial experience, with strong expertise in planning, reporting, cost accounting, and manufacturing.
- Communicates financial insights effectively across corporate, regional, and commercial finance teams.
- Has a proven track record in developing successful strategies and implementing programs, products, and processes.
- Demonstrates strong leadership in building and developing high-performing teams.
