Job Title: Art Service Agent

Responsibilities:
Ensure orders contain the correct information and maintain the database up to date with all graphic IDS for each product, thus contributing to reaching the art department quality goal. Provides help and assists in all the activities related to the department.
- Properly feed the database with the different gear specifications per customer on the AS400 system documenting previous records and updates.
- Monitor lead time through the AS400 system to ensure on-time delivery date; enhance information course to designer and production personnel.
- Control the speed of the group through the AS400 system to monitor the delivery time (LEAD TIME) allowing a better flow of information for the designer and production.
- Prepare reports to communicate quality results and show dept. different statistics personnel.
SPECIFIC TASKS:
- Inputs (LOG IN) and Outputs (LOG OUT) of the commands in the AS400 system.
- Assist customers and vendors with questions or changes (OI05Q-O05M).
- Log out and proper routing to production.
- Assignment or correction of new patterns.
- Offering or supporting the client with the prior arts solicited to serve as a reference.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:*
Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer), (ii) good verbal and written communication skills, (iii) good interpersonal skills, and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team, environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.
Required:
- Profile more attitudinal than the academic, detail-oriented, ability to multitask, excellent concentration.
- intermediate or advanced English.
- College student or graduate.
Preferred:
- Graphic Design Knowledge
- Fully bilingual (English language)
