Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Interior Designer at our creative Linea Design Studio in Punta Cana. The Junior Interior Designer will be working hand by hand with our Senior Designer & Owner, Iris. He / She will be responsible for assisting with space planning, creating construction drawings, developing and implementing interior luxury coastal design concepts, and selecting Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E). Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with senior designers, reviewing architectural plans, and ensuring design projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Space Planning and Creative Interior Design skills
- Architecture and Construction Drawings skills
- Experience with FF&E selection and specifications
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Speaks fluent Spanish & English
- Has a Car
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
