Position Summary
The
Senior Marketing Manager
will be responsible for leading all strategic marketing and branding initiatives to strengthen the companys visibility, client acquisition, and talent attraction within the
BPO and Nearshore Services industry
.

This role requires a
data-driven strategist
with proven experience in
digital marketing, employer branding, and growth campaigns
. The ideal candidate will combine creativity and analytical insight to deliver measurable results in a competitive global market.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position the company as a top BPO service provider across local and international markets.
  • Define KPIs, monitor ROI, and provide performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising, and email marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage website optimization, analytics, and marketing automation workflows.


Content & Brand Management

  • Develop consistent and compelling brand content aligned with corporate values and client expectations.
  • Create storytelling frameworks to humanize the brand and connect with target audiences.

Campaign Development

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Lead creative direction for ad campaigns, employer branding videos, and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Market & Competitive Research

  • Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership for market positioning.

Employer Branding

  • Partner with HR and Operations to showcase the companys culture, career opportunities, and employee experience.
  • Promote the organization as a top employer brand in the Dominican BPO ecosystem.

Budget & Team Management

  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and performance excellence.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the BPO or Contact Center industry.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, analytics, storytelling, and digital marketing expertise.
  • Languages: Fluent English (C1 or native level) written and spoken.
  • Technical Knowledge: CRM systems, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Canva, and marketing automation tools.
