How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Set the commercial strategy & manage a commercial population at a specific organizational level (region, entity, country, cluster, etc.) in order to drive sales and profitability.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Ensure annual sales target within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Identify and propose new business opportunities and develop a strategy to win these new business
  • Interpret and anticipate the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Manage a commercial organization including the management of a sales team, sales responsibilities and other activities (safety, finance, ops, Bulk, etc.).

Differentiating Criteria

Scope: Sales Volume : less than 35 m€

Direct Report Management: 5-10 people

Are you a MATCH?

  • Master degree
  • 7+ years experience, including an experience managing teams
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Fluent verbal and written English
