Role Description

We are seeking a
Human Resources Manager
— a strategic and people-focused leader who combines a vision for continuous improvement with hands-on implementation. This professional will be responsible for leading the HR department, ensuring compliance, and strengthening the company's culture through structure, development, and organizational discipline.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, design, and continuously improve HR processes, manuals, and internal procedures across all areas.
  • Drive departmental restructuring initiatives aligned with company growth and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee recruitment, development, compensation, and labor relations strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with Dominican labor law, Free Zone regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics, KPIs, and performance evaluation systems to support decision-making.
  • Lead organizational development and change management projects, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Supervise and mentor the HR team, promoting professional growth and cross-departmental synergy.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, workforce planning, and succession management.
  • Implement programs to enhance employee experience, engagement, and internal communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in industrial or Free Zone environments.
  • Proven experience in manual and process development, department restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dominican Labor Code and Free Zone operations.
  • Intermediate to advanced command of Excel, HR systems, and HR analytics.
  • Bilingual (English–Spanish) is a strong plus.
