About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant, who will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. You will be the backbone of our administrative processes, supporting executives and teams by handling a wide range of organizational, clerical, and communication tasks. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer hands-on support in administrative and operational tasks of the office.
  • Provide administrative support to all the executives in managing daily tasks, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in the coordination of office operations, ensuring supplies are stocked, equipment is maintained, and common areas are orderly.
  • Provide operational support, including managing documents, preparing reports, and assisting with logistics for office projects.
  • Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and office activities, including managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all details are executed smoothly.
  • Act as a point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
  • Help manage the office budget and track expenses.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and manage the organization of important documents and records.
  • Identify and promote opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in the English language.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a collaborative team.
