About the Role
As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will work closely with the Human Resources team to ensure that salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits align with the company's strategy and market standards.
In this role, you will analyze compensation data, evaluate market trends, and provide recommendations to optimize total rewards programs. You will also support employee communications regarding benefits and assist in the administration of HR policies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Your work will directly contribute to creating a fair, competitive, and motivating work environment, helping the organization achieve its talent and business objectives.
Objectives & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to internal collaborators and the companies we serve.
- Generate payrolls for the payment of fixed and variable benefits, as applicable.
- Keep the affiliations to the TSS and Infotep updated, reporting the Law licenses and making the corresponding payments.
- Ensure the coverage of employees in basic and complementary health plans, as well as the pension plan.
- Keep the collaborators database up to date (Digital file).
- Update the inventory of fixed assets assigned to employees (computers, fleets, work teams).
- Manage the opening of the bank account of the collaborators to make the payroll payments.
- Make timely communications and reports to the Ministry of Labor (DGTs).
- Validate payroll news in the different internal reporting systems for hours and corresponding discounts, including holidays.
- Affiliate collaborators in the TSS.
- Organize and archive payrolls and payments and send reports to the TSS the contributions of the company and employees.
- Receive and report cases of medical licenses and occupational risks.
- Affiliate employees and their dependents to the basic and complementary health plans.
- Manage benefits (bonuses or incentives) for collaborators. Ex: Fuel card, fleet, diet and any other benefit offered by the company.
- Prepare and deliver the labor benefits corresponding to employees and ex-employees.
- Provide support in other functions of Human Resources.
- Give support to the Administrative and Financial Department during the licenses and vacations of the Head of Treasury.
Requirements
- Industrial Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Business Administration or related career.
- 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits area.
- Proven experience in the use of the TSS and SISARLIL virtual offices.
- Advanced management of the Microsoft Office package, especially Word and Excel.
- Spanish (Native), excellent communication and spelling.
- Languages: Advanced knowledge of English (writing and reading).
- Proven Experience in Payroll systems: Eikon, BVSoft, NewSoft and / or the like.
- Other desired technologies and services: Zoho Suite, Bamboo HR or other CRMs.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
