Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Santiago de los Caballeros. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the contact center, managing and leading a team of multilingual operators, ensuring quality services are delivered to clients, and implementing efficient processes to improve operational performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, team leadership, and process improvement
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, problem solve, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of contact center operations and customer service best practices
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in the outsourcing industry is beneficial
