Role Objective
Build, manage, and retain a profitable B2B/retail portfolio across the Caribbean and adjacent markets, consistently hitting quota and service standards while running a disciplined Odoo (v15/18) pipeline and executing flawlessly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related (preferred).
- 3+ years in sales.
- Bilingual Spanish–English; confident in negotiations and line presentations.
- Proficient with Odoo CRM.
- Hands-on with prospecting tools.
- Able to build seasonal order books/forecasts, manage routes, and prioritize key accounts.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and trade shows (e.g., Project/Magic) as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and open B2B accounts by vertical (outdoor, athleisure, lifestyle), respecting territories and brand guidelines.
- Own the Odoo pipeline: qualification, stage progression, weekly forecasting, and data accuracy.
- Present collections (line sheets), build seasonal order books, and issue quotes/orders.
- Coordinate with Purchasing/Operations/Logistics on delivery dates, backorders, and policy compliance.
- Track pricing, margins, and competition; propose actions to accelerate sell-through and protect GM%.
- Execute POP/merchandising and deliver store staff training when applicable.
- Weekly KPI reporting: visits, opportunities, win rate, average ticket, pipeline coverage, and forecast.
- Manage claims/returns/warranties per commercial policy.
- Adhere to credit & collections policies, supporting receivables follow-up (DSO) when required.
- Comply with internal processes (CPO flows, pre-sale templates, e-learning) and communication standards (email, WhatsApp, calls).
