Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Manager at The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort, located in Cap Cana. The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the concierge, bellmen, doormen and valet operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, managing guest arrival experience, complaints and inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role includes managing and training Guest Services associates, managing schedules, planning and executing daily operation. The Guest Services Manager will also be expected to coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service for all guests.

  • Leadership skills and experience in managing dynamic operations
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in guest relations/guest services/front office duties
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts amicably
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is necessary
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
