Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-performing real estate assets, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include customer outreach, preparing sales presentations, negotiating deals, and providing post-sale support. The role also involves training and mentoring junior sales associates, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.

- Knowledge of real estate markets in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and the United States is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
