Responsibilities:
- Receive and make calls to English-speaking people.
 - Interact with different platforms and databases.
 - Manage requirements of patients and health personnel.
 - Other assignments related to the position.
 
Requirements:
- Advanced English level.
 - Residing in Santo Domingo (essential).
 - Orientation to service and detail of processes.
 - Punctuality and compliance with rules.
 - Comply with a daytime, full-time and on-site workday from Monday to Saturday (to be defined by turns).
 
Essential knowledge and skills:
- Ability to converse fluently in English.
 - Agility in the use of technological platforms.
 - Easy to manage in a fast-paced environment.
 - Excellent communication skills, empathy, and service to people of different ages and socioeconomic strata.
